Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects
HEFT vests are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and faults.
What is covered
The warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the vest, such as failed stitching, a broken buckle, or a seam or panel that fails under normal use.
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear is not covered. This includes fading, the general wearing-in of the fabric and straps, cosmetic marks, and damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or failure to follow the care instructions.
How to make a claim
If you think your vest has a manufacturing fault, email us at support@wearheft.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If it is a covered defect, we will repair or replace the vest, or provide a refund where a replacement is not possible.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not limited by it.
