These questions cover how the HEFT Steady-Load Weighted Vest is shipped, including free worldwide shipping, dispatch times, tracking, customs, and delivery. Track an existing order on the Track Your Order page.
Does HEFT offer free shipping?
Yes, HEFT offers free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum spend and no surcharge for heavier vests. Free shipping covers carriage only, so it does not include any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. Those charges, where they apply, are set by your government and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order.
How long does HEFT take to dispatch an order?
HEFT dispatches orders from its distribution centers within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day, and during sale periods or peak seasons dispatch can take a little longer, which HEFT notes on the site when it applies. You receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link once the order ships.
How long does delivery take with HEFT?
Delivery times for the HEFT Steady-Load Weighted Vest vary by destination and are estimates rather than guarantees, so the most accurate expected date comes from the tracking on your specific order. After dispatch, which takes 1 to 3 business days, your parcel travels through the carrier network, and factors like customs, weather, and peak volume can affect timing. HEFT emails your tracking link as soon as the order ships.
Which countries does HEFT ship to?
HEFT ships to most countries worldwide, with free shipping on every order. A small number of destinations are excluded because of carrier restrictions or customs rules, and if HEFT cannot ship to your country you will not be able to complete checkout. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment because of a shipping restriction, HEFT contacts you and refunds you in full.
How do I track my HEFT order?
You track your HEFT order using the tracking link emailed to you when the order is dispatched, or through the Track Your Order page on shopheft.com. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to become active after dispatch, so if it has not updated yet, the carrier usually has not scanned the parcel. If you have not received a dispatch email, check your spam folder before contacting HEFT.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes on a HEFT order?
For international HEFT orders you are the importer of record, so any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included at checkout. These charges are set by your government, not by HEFT, and are usually paid to the carrier before delivery. HEFT cannot calculate them in advance, and duties paid are not refunded by HEFT if you return an item.
Can HEFT deliver to a PO box or parcel locker?
HEFT delivers to PO boxes and parcel lockers in most countries, subject to the carrier size limits. Because the vests are heavy and bulky, some lockers will not accept them, and if a locker rejects a parcel the carrier redirects it to a collection point and notifies you. Providing a full, accurate address at checkout helps avoid delivery problems.
What happens if I order more than one HEFT vest?
If you order more than one HEFT Steady-Load Weighted Vest, the vests may ship in separate parcels, each with its own tracking, at no additional charge. Shipping stays free regardless of how many vests you buy or how heavy they are. You will receive separate dispatch and tracking emails for each parcel, which may arrive at slightly different times depending on the carrier.
